Do you know a friend or a relative who also employs a caregiver, or who has a group where people cannot understand each other? Refer MochiChat to them. Once their first payment succeeds, both your service and theirs get 30 more days (about a month).
Three steps
Open your 1-to-1 chat with the bot, tap “Refer & earn” in the menu at the bottom, then tap “Create a new referral link”. Every link comes with an 8-character referral code (for example ABCD-EFGH).
Tap “Copy link” and paste it into your chat, or simply tell them the referral code. One link is for one household only, so create one link for each person you refer.
Your friend opens the link, finishes the setup and adds the bot to their own group, with the same free 7-day trial. Once their first payment succeeds, 30 days are added to both your service and theirs, automatically.

Anyone already using MochiChat, including during the free trial. The referral programme currently applies to the Care plan and the Family plan; the team plans (10 groups and 50 groups) are not included.
A household that has never paid before, on the Care plan or the Family plan. Ask them to start their setup from the link you sent. If they have already started, they can still enter the referral code on the “Subscription” page before their first payment. A group you pay for yourself does not count as a referral.
Automatically, as soon as your friend’s group makes its first successful payment, and the bot messages you both. If you are subscribed, your service end date moves 30 days later; if you are still in your trial, your trial is extended by 30 days. Your friend’s service end date also moves 30 days later.
No. Charges continue on their usual dates, and the extra 30 days are added to your service end date — so whenever you cancel, you still have 30 more days of service.
Each link can be used by one household only. In any 12 months, referrals can extend your service by up to 360 days in total.
